Residenza Felice is located in the old town center of Luino (3km far from the hotel). Being located in such a quiet environment, distant from the city traffic, you can definitely breathe the old times’ atmosphere. The old building, which has been recently renovated, includes three small and charming two-rooms apartments, equipped with all comforts. From there you can easily walk to the well-known Wednesday market, reach the lakeside promenade and the harbor.
The apartment Sereni is on the first floor of the complex and can accommodate up to 4 people: 2 in a double bed in the bedroom and the other 2 in the living-room on a sofa bed.
You will be sent a code that will allow you to collect the keys in a box located outside the apartment.
